Product Introduction:

The S22-M-10 series 10kV fully sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer represents the highest energy-saving level currently available for oil-immersed distribution transformers. Building upon the S20 series, this series achieves the lowest no-load and load losses in the industry through comprehensive upgrades to core materials, multi-physics field optimization design for electromagnetic and temperature fields, and meticulous manufacturing process control. The product adopts a fully sealed double-corrugated tank structure, combined with new insulation materials and sealing technology, achieving maintenance-free operation throughout its entire lifespan. It also features lower operating noise, stronger short-circuit withstand capability, and higher insulation reliability, making it ideal for high-end commercial buildings, large industrial parks, data centers, communication base stations, and newly built high-standard distribution network projects—scenarios with stringent requirements for energy efficiency, reliability, and quiet operation.

Product Features:

1. Flagship energy-saving product: No-load loss is reduced by approximately 20% compared to the S20 series and approximately 40% compared to the traditional S11 series, representing the highest energy-saving level currently available for oil-immersed transformers, with the lowest total lifespan cost.

2. Ultra-high permeability magnetic core, extremely low noise operation: Utilizing ultra-high permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a thickness of 0.23mm or less, core loss is reduced to the lowest level in the industry, resulting in minimal no-load current and ultra-quiet operation. Perfectly suited for sensitive environments with stringent noise requirements, such as hospitals, schools, high-end communities, and data centers.

3. Fully sealed double-corrugated structure, maintenance-free throughout the entire lifespan: Employing a reinforced fully sealed double-corrugated oil tank design, combined with new aging-resistant seals and deeply refined insulating oil, completely isolates the equipment from air and moisture. The aging rate of the insulating oil is slowed down by more than 80%, eliminating the need for core lifting for maintenance and oil changes. This achieves zero-maintenance operation throughout the entire lifespan, with a designed service life of over 40 years.

4. Superior Short-Circuit Resistance: Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings utilize high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors. The low-voltage winding is made with full-width copper foil, combined with new insulation materials and optimized interlayer insulation design. Partial discharge is significantly lower than industry standards, resulting in a substantial increase in insulation life. It can withstand short-circuit impacts far exceeding industry standards, ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment under extreme conditions.

5. Customized Adaptability for All Scenarios, Exclusively for High-End Projects: Customizable solutions are available for 50Hz/60Hz dual-frequency operation, 6-11kV full voltage range, multi-level voltage regulation, high-altitude type, low-temperature type, and corrosion-resistant type. Adaptable to various installation methods including pole-mounted, platform-mounted, box-type, and indoor distribution rooms, it is specifically designed for high-end commercial buildings, large industrial parks, data centers, communication base stations, and high-standard distribution network projects.
