Product Introduction:
The S20-M-10 series 10kV full sealed oil immersed distribution transformer is a mainstream standard model for current power grid construction and urban and rural distribution network renovation. The series is based on the traditional S13 series, with the upgrade of core materials, optimisation of structural design and innovation of manufacturing processes, which greatly reduces no-load and load losses and greatly improves energy efficiency. The product adopts the fully-sealed structure of the corrugated oil tank, no oil conservator is needed, the insulating oil is isolated from the corrosion of air and moisture, the insulation ageing is delayed and the service life of the equipment is prolonged. It also has the advantage of core-free and maintenance-free operation and maintenance, which makes it widely applied to various scenarios such as urban and rural distribution networks, industrial enterprises, commercial buildings, new energy power plants and so on.

2.High permeability magnetic core, low loss, low noise:
Adopt high quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, 45° full-angle joint lamination, greatly reduces hysteresis loss and no-load current, operating noise is lower than industry standard, suitable for residential areas and other sensitive places.
3.Fully Sealed Construction , Maintenance-Free and Long Lifespan:
Fully sealed corrugated oil tank design, it separates air and moisture, delays insulating oil ageing. There is no need for core lifting maintenance, the daily maintenance workload is reduced to the minimum, and the equipment can be used for more than 30 years.
4.High Reliability Design, Strong Short Circuit Resistance:
High and Low Voltage Windings are Oxygen Free Copper. The optimised winding structure and insulation design can effectively improve the resistance to short-circuit impact, which can withstand the mechanical stress and thermal shock of an outlet short circuit, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
5.Wide-range adaptability, Flexible Application Scenarios:
Customisable with two frequencies of 50Hz/60Hz and a wide voltage range of 6-11kV, adaptable to various installation methods such as pole-mounted, platform-mounted, box-type substations, widely used in urban and rural power distribution network, industrial, commercial and new energy scenarios.
