1. Energy saving and Low electricity cost. The high permeability cold rolled silicon steel core and 45° fully oblique joint lamination process greatly reduce the no-load loss by about 30% compared with S11 series, which can effectively reduce the long-term electricity costs of users.

Fully Sealed Structure, Long Service Life: Fully sealed corrugated oil tank design, no need for oil conservator, completely isolated equipment from air and moisture, delaying insulating oil ageing, extending the design service life for more than 30 years, greatly reducing equipment replacement costs. 

3. Low-noise operation, applicable to sensitive environments. The optimised core and structure design result in low operating noise, which fully meets the noise emission standards for densely populated and sensitive environments such as residential areas, schools, and hospitals.

Strong Short Circuit Resistance, Ensure Stable Operation The optimised winding structure, high strength insulation materials and the fastening design provide extremely strong short circuit resistance, and can withstand the mechanical stress and thermal shock caused by short circuit at the output to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

The S13-M-10 series transformers are subject to full life-cycle quality control from raw material procurement, manufacturing, factory inspection to after-sales service to ensure stable and reliable product quality.

 1. Raw material quality control: All key raw materials are purchased from internationally renowned high quality products, such as high permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, high purity oxygen-free copper wires, high quality insulating oil and high strength insulating materials. All raw materials are thoroughly checked for quality before they enter the plant, ensuring the quality of the product at the point of origin. Product life span > 25 years. 

2. Control of Production Process: Product manufacturing is strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system standards, with advanced production equipment and mature manufacturing processes. Each process, for example core lamination, winding, body assembly, tank welding and final assembly, has strict process standards and quality inspection requirements. The individual steps are checked before the next one is started, so that controllable quality is provided throughout the entire production process. 

3. Factory Inspection and Control: Every product after final assembly will be subject to a strict factory test, which includes winding DC resistance test, turns ratio test, insulation resistance test, power frequency withstand voltage test, induced withstand voltage test, no-load loss and no-load current test, load loss and impedance voltage test and noise test. Only products passing all tests are allowed to leave the factory. So, every unit is a qualified product.
