Product Overview:
Core:
The core is composed of high permeability oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The core has a fully oblique-slit laminated structure, and the columnar part has a multi-stage circular cross-section. The yoke is of the same cross-section as the core.
Coil:
The ignition device adopts a corrugated oil channel structure, a non-immersion coating process and a fastening strap fixing method, and all the components are concentric circular structures. The high voltage ignition device is provided with connectors for the required tap voltage. The connectors are connected to a disengagement switch arranged on the cover. Power must be shut off before changing the tap voltage.
Tank:
The transformer tank consists of corrugated walls with painted surface, producing a very durable paint film. The corrugated structures are not only cooling, but also breathing. The elasticity of the corrugated structure accommodates changes in the volume of transformer oil due to temperature changes. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer does not require a separate tank, which decreases the overall temperature of the transformer.
The transformer is filled with vacuum oil during packaging. This process removes all the moisture from the transformer and at the same time prevents the transformer oil from coming in contact with air. This effectively prevents ingress of oxygen and moisture into the transformer thus preventing the drop in insulation performance and deterioration of the transformer oil. This measure significantly increases the reliability of operation of the transformer.
Insulation Structure:
The oil-immersed distribution transformer adopts Class A insulation structure, the high voltage coil and the low voltage coil are concentric, and the gaps between the coils are filled with a small oil gap separator structure with cardboard bushings.
