 1.Flagship energy efficiency, super energy saving: Ultra-high permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a thickness of 0.23mm or less are used. Through optimised winding and insulation design, no load loss has been reduced by approximately 20% compared to the S20 series and approximately 60% compared to the traditional S11 series. The savings in electricity costs over the whole lifecycle more than pay for the equipment purchase cost providing a return on investment in 2-3 years. 2. Double corrugated construction fully sealed for zero maintenance throughout life cycle : Uses a reinforced fully sealed double corrugated oil tank structure with ultra-resistant ageing seals and highly refined insulating oil. The product is fully isolated from the air and moisture and the ageing rate of the insulating oil is reduced more than 80%. The designed service life is more than 40 years. There is no core lifting, oil changes or maintenance required during the entire lifecycle. There are no requirements to do anything other than periodic visual inspections. This greatly reduces the total lifecycle investment for the user.
