Product Introduction:
S-series 35kV power transformer is a kind of high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise and high-reliability power equipment. They are widely used in urban and rural power distribution networks, industrial parks and various other high-load operating situations. Product Characteristics:

2. Durable appearance: Powder electrostatic spraying, polished and rust removed, equipped with wide-fin radiator; weather-resistant and fade-resistant coating.
3. To minimise the possibility of leakage, the acrylic ester seals are moulded in one piece and double-leak-tested at the factory under positive and negative pressure.
4. Safe and environmentally friendly: Materials and processes to meet safety and environmental protection requirements, low smoke and corrosion, and more environmentally friendly.

Construction and Working of Oil Immersed Transformers:
Oil-immersed transformers are constructed in a similar manner as ordinary transformers. They are one of the types of transformers classified as per the method of insulation of the core. Therefore, they have the main characteristics of oil-immersed coils which decreases the thermal effects on the inside components.
The basic components of an oil immersed transformer are core , windings and bushings . the core gives a path for magnetic flux. The magnetic field is produced by the windings. They consist of coils of conductor wound on the core and insulated with cardboard diaphragms and shielding layers. With increase in voltage thickness of winding insulation increases. Bushings provide the connection between the transformer windings and the substation.
Oil immersed transformers are used in power distribution or substations. Their core and coils are immersed in oil . The oil serves as cooling and insulation . Oil is circulated by convection in oil pipes through the coils, and flows around the coil and core assemblies. In small power transformers, the oil is cooled externally by tank and in large power transformers, it is cooled by an air cooled radiator.
Purpose of Oil Immersed Transformers:
1. Oil-filled transformers are available with outdoor, pole, on-ground, or base-mounted installations. They are efficient in a variety of applications such as power transmission and distribution networks, renewable energy generation and small scale industrial applications.
2. The oil-immersed transformers have large capacity therefore the electricity is saved in large amounts, the power loss is small, the energy is saved and the cost of users is reduced. The transformer’s internal core is cooled by the oil, which makes the transformer more durable and better at conducting electricity.
Operating conditions normal:
1. Max. environment temperature ≤ +40°C
2. Ambient temperature minimum ≥ -25℃
3. Standard installation altitude ≤ 1000 m
4. Derating needed for special conditions
