The S11 series 20kV oil-immersed non-excitation voltage regulating power transformer is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving model of 20kV medium-voltage power distribution system. Compared with traditional 10kv transformer, the power supply radius is increased by 60%, the power supply capacity is doubled, the transmission loss is reduced by 75%, which is suitable for high load density power distribution market. It uses fully sealed corrugated tank structure and is maintenance-free, fully meeting the needs of the global 20kV power distribution market.

Product Description

Features of the product:

1. The transformer adopts 20kV voltage level, the power supply radius is bigger, the transmission loss is lower, greatly reduces the grid line loss, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.

2. The transformer core is composed of high permeability cold rolled silicon steel sheets, with fully oblique joint structure, and the magnetic reluctance is extremely low. This significantly reduces no-load losses, no-load current and noise, and achieves far higher energy saving than the traditional model.

3. Optimised and compact transformer structure, short-circuit withstand capability is much higher than industry standard. It is able to withstand very high short-circuit currents, which are very fast, and thus ensure very high operational reliability.

4. The full sealing oil immersion design completely avoids the risk of oil leakage, and has excellent moisture and dust resistance, which can be applied to various harsh environments such as tropical and desert areas.
