Q What international certifications do your transformers have?
A Our products have passed a number of international authoritative certifications, and we can provide corresponding certificates according to the target market, mainly including: EU CE (EN 61558), RoHS 3 certification; North American UL/cUL 60691, CSA certification; Middle East SASO, DEWA certification; Australian SAA certification; Southeast Asian TISI (Thailand), SNI (Indonesia) certification; CIS EAC, GOST-R certification, etc. All certifications are true and valid, which can help customers clear customs smoothly.

Q What customs clearance documents are required for exporting transformers?
A The core customs clearance documents include: commercial invoice (indicating HS code under 8504, FOB/CIF price terms), packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A/COO), product quality certificate, copy of international certification, English technical documents (including manual, wiring diagram, test report). If the transformer contains insulating oil (dangerous goods), MSDS, dangerous goods packaging certificate and "Inspection Result Sheet for the Use of Export Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging" are also required.

Q How to ensure that transformer exports meet the energy efficiency standards of the target country?
A We will check the energy efficiency regulations of the target country in advance, such as EU 2019/1781 (IE2/IE3), US DOE 2016 (Level III), China GB 20052 (Level 2 energy efficiency). By selecting high-quality materials such as low-loss silicon steel sheets and copper windings, and optimizing the product structure design, we ensure that the product energy efficiency meets the standards, and provide corresponding energy efficiency test reports to avoid customs clearance obstacles or return due to energy efficiency issues.
