  • Q Are you a transformer manufacturer or a trading company?

A We are a professional transformer manufacturer with our own factory, R&D team and testing laboratory. We can provide one-stop services from product design, production and manufacturing to export customs clearance. Without intermediate trade links, we can offer you more competitive prices and stable quality assurance.
  • Q What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A The MOQ for conventional standard transformers is 1 unit; for customized transformers, the MOQ can be negotiated and adjusted according to product specifications and production difficulty. We also support small-batch trial orders to meet your market testing needs.
  • Q Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

A Yes, we do. We have a professional engineering and technical team that can customize transformer products that meet the needs of the target market according to the parameter requirements (such as capacity, voltage, frequency, cooling method, etc.), drawings or application scenarios you provide. We can also provide personalized customization services such as product appearance, nameplate and packaging.
  • Q What types of transformers do you mainly produce?

A We mainly produce power transformers (oil-immersed, dry-type), distribution transformers, isolation transformers, autotransformers, high-frequency transformers, etc. The product capacity ranges from 10kVA to 25000kVA, and the voltage level covers 110V to 35kV, which can be widely used in power transmission, industrial production, commercial buildings, new energy and other fields.
  • Q Can the voltage and frequency of the transformer be adjusted according to the target market?

A Yes, they can. Different countries and regions have different voltage and frequency standards (such as 120/240V 60Hz in the United States, 230V 50Hz in Europe, 100V 50/60Hz in Japan). We can design multi-tap windings (adjustment range ±5%/±10%) according to the target market standards you provide, which can accurately match the local power system and ensure the normal operation of the product.
  • Q What is the difference between copper-wound and aluminum-wound transformers, and how to choose?

A The core difference lies in electrical conductivity and service life: copper windings have good electrical conductivity, low loss, fast heat dissipation and long service life, which are suitable for scenarios with high requirements on energy efficiency and stability (such as industrial equipment, long-term operation power projects); aluminum windings have lower cost and lighter weight, which are suitable for scenarios with limited budget and moderate performance requirements (such as civil buildings, temporary power supply). We can recommend the appropriate winding type according to your needs and budget.
  • Q What are the requirements for the protection level and applicable environment of the transformer?

A The protection level of our transformers can be customized according to the use environment. The conventional protection level is IP20 (for indoor use, preventing the intrusion of solid foreign objects), IP54 (for outdoor use, dust-proof and splash-proof), and the protection level can be upgraded to IP65 (dust-proof and waterproof) for special environments. At the same time, the design will be adjusted according to the climate conditions of the target country, such as strengthening the moisture-proof design for the tropical rainforest areas in Southeast Asia and installing heaters in cold areas, ensuring that the product can operate stably in the environment of -25℃~70℃.
  • Q What international certifications do your transformers have?

A Our products have passed a number of international authoritative certifications, and we can provide corresponding certificates according to the target market, mainly including: EU CE (EN 61558), RoHS 3 certification; North American UL/cUL 60691, CSA certification; Middle East SASO, DEWA certification; Australian SAA certification; Southeast Asian TISI (Thailand), SNI (Indonesia) certification; CIS EAC, GOST-R certification, etc. All certifications are true and valid, which can help customers clear customs smoothly.
  • Q What customs clearance documents are required for exporting transformers?

A The core customs clearance documents include: commercial invoice (indicating HS code under 8504, FOB/CIF price terms), packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A/COO), product quality certificate, copy of international certification, English technical documents (including manual, wiring diagram, test report). If the transformer contains insulating oil (dangerous goods), MSDS, dangerous goods packaging certificate and "Inspection Result Sheet for the Use of Export Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging" are also required.
  • Q How to ensure that transformer exports meet the energy efficiency standards of the target country?

A We will check the energy efficiency regulations of the target country in advance, such as EU 2019/1781 (IE2/IE3), US DOE 2016 (Level III), China GB 20052 (Level 2 energy efficiency). By selecting high-quality materials such as low-loss silicon steel sheets and copper windings, and optimizing the product structure design, we ensure that the product energy efficiency meets the standards, and provide corresponding energy efficiency test reports to avoid customs clearance obstacles or return due to energy efficiency issues.
  • Q What is the packaging standard for transformers? How to ensure safety during transportation?

A The packaging strictly follows the ISPM 15 international standard, using fumigated wooden cases (marked with IPPC logo), with EPS foam + bubble film ≥5cm thick laid inside. During sea transportation, desiccant (≥30g/m³) + VCI anti-rust paper are placed in the container to prevent moisture and rust. At the same time, clear direction arrows, "Fragile" warnings and hoisting point diagrams are marked on the packaging. For large transformers, a professional "Calculation Sheet for Goods Loading and Reinforcement Scheme" will be issued to ensure the safety of hoisting and transportation and avoid goods damage.
  • Q What is the usual delivery time?

A The delivery time for conventional standard transformers is 15-30 days; for customized transformers, the delivery time is 30-60 days according to product specifications, production difficulty and order quantity; if special certification is required, the delivery time will be extended by 3-7 days accordingly. It can be negotiated according to the order situation, and we will make every effort to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Q What trade terms and transportation methods do you support?

A We support common trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP, which can be negotiated according to your needs; transportation methods include sea transportation (suitable for large transformers and batch orders), air transportation (suitable for small-batch and urgent orders), land transportation (suitable for orders from neighboring countries). We will choose professional logistics partners to track the cargo transportation status throughout the process to ensure that the goods are delivered safely and on time.
  • Q What payment methods do you support?

A We support common international trade payment methods, including T/T (telegraphic transfer, 30%-50% advance payment, balance paid before shipment), L/C (letter of credit, safe and secure, suitable for large orders), Western Union (suitable for small sample orders), PayPal. The specific payment ratio and method can be negotiated according to the order amount and cooperation cycle.
  • Q What is the warranty period of the transformer? What does the warranty cover?

A The standard warranty period is: 12 months from the date of on-site acceptance (SAT), and no more than 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. The warranty scope includes the product's own quality problems (such as no oil leakage, no overheating during normal operation, winding failure, etc.). During the warranty period, we can provide free spare parts, free on-site maintenance and technical services. Damage caused by man-made damage or force majeure is not within the warranty scope.
  • Q What should I do if the transformer fails during use?

A If a fault occurs, please contact our after-sales team in time and provide the fault phenomenon, on-site photos or videos. Our engineers will give professional fault diagnosis and guidance within 24 hours; if it cannot be solved remotely, we will arrange technical personnel to provide on-site maintenance (the specific time is adjusted according to the region). All maintenance costs are free during the warranty period, and preferential maintenance services and spare parts supply are provided outside the warranty period.
  • Q Can you provide samples? What is the sample cost and time?

A Yes, we can provide samples. The sample cost is calculated according to the product specifications (the cost of conventional samples is 1.5-2 times the unit price of batch orders). The sample production time is 7-10 days, and the sample shipping cost is borne by the customer. If a batch order is placed later, the sample cost can be deducted from part of the payment.
  • Q How to confirm whether the quality of the transformer meets the requirements?

A We have established a strict quality control system. Each transformer will undergo comprehensive testing before leaving the factory, including ratio and vector group test, DC resistance test, no-load and load loss test, AC withstand voltage test, etc., and provide Chinese and English test reports; customers can also arrange personnel to conduct on-site witness testing (FAT) in the factory to ensure that the product quality meets the agreed standards.
  • Q How to avoid the risk of customs inspection when exporting transformers?

A We will make declarations in accordance with customs requirements, accurately classify HS codes (under 8504), truthfully declare goods information (such as dangerous goods such as insulating oil), prepare complete customs clearance documents in advance to ensure that documents are consistent with each other and with goods; at the same time, standardize goods packaging and hoisting reinforcement, retain relevant operation image data, and establish export compliance ledgers to minimize the risk of customs inspection and avoid goods detention, fines or return due to violations.
