Product Description:

The S22-M-10 series 10kV fully sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer is a flagship product in the current oil-immersed distribution transformer field, and represents the highest level of energy efficiency and manufacturing technology in the industry. It is especially suitable for high-end occasions where high requirements are made for energy efficiency, reliability and noise, such as high-end commercial buildings, large industrial parks, data centres, communication base stations and the new high-standard distribution network projects. By means of multi-physics field collaborative optimisation design, comprehensive upgrades to core materials and refined manufacturing process control, this series of products reduces the transformer no-load loss and load loss to the lowest levels in the industry, achieving industry-leading energy efficiency and the lowest total life-cycle cost. The product employs a fully sealed double-corrugated tank structure, combined with new aging-resistant seals and deeply refined insulating oil, completely isolated from air and moisture, allowing zero-maintenance operation throughout its entire life cycle, greatly reducing the user's total life-cycle investment. Meanwhile, the product has core advantages of ultra-quiet operation, excellent short-circuit withstand capability, ultra-high insulation reliability and customised adaptation for all scenarios.

Normal Ambient Conditions

The series transformers of S22-M-10 can adapt to harsh use scenarios, and can achieve long-term, efficient and stable operation under the following normal environmental conditions:

1.Ambient Temperature: Maximum air temperature +45℃, maximum daily average temperature +35℃, maximum annual average temperature +25℃, minimum temperature -30℃ (ultra-low temperature models available upon request)

2.Altitude: Not higher than 1500m (high altitude reinforced insulation products are available on request for altitudes higher than 1500m)

3.Ambient Humidity: Relative humidity not exceeding 95% (at 25℃), applicable for long-term condensation and light condensation. For use in environments with mould and mild corrosive gases.

Installation environment: Outdoor places without flammable and explosive materials, severe impact and vibration, strong electromagnetic 4.interference. Can be installed on poles, platforms, transformer substations or indoor distribution rooms, applicable to unattended operation and maintenance scenarios.

5.Power supply requirements: 50Hz/60Hz frequency, 10kV voltage, voltage fluctuation ±7%, harmonic suppression capability far exceeding industry standards, suitable for power grid environments with high harmonic components.

6.Operation Mode: It can run at 100% rated load for a long time continuously, and the fault-free running time is the longest in the whole life.

Model 

S: is a three-phase transformer, a core power distribution device in power distribution networks.

22 : It is a performance level code and is currently the highest performance level of oil immersed distribution transformers. It is the ceiling for energy efficiency in the industry. No load losses are reduced by around 20% from the S20 series.

M: A fully sealed structure, utilising a double-corrugated oil tank fully sealed design, eliminating the need for an oil conservator. Combined with new sealing technology it completely isolates air and moisture and can operate with zero maintenance over its entire life cycle.

10 : Refers to the rated voltage level of 10 kV, which is the most widely used core distribution voltage level in high-end distribution network projects, large industrial parks, data centres and communication base stations.
