The SCB18 series three-phase dry-type transformer is an upgraded flagship model, using the upgraded epoxy resin vacuum-cast winding structure. The windings are in high precision vacuum-cast epoxy resin to eliminate the hazards of oil insulation and provide superior moisture resistance and insulation performance. The new insulation structure of the enclosure with short-circuit withstand capability far exceeds the industry standards, and the core adopts 0.21mm ultra-thin high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets; the high-voltage and low-voltage windings use oxygen-free copper wire, and the low-voltage winding adopts a foil structure; all fasteners are subject to special anti-loosening treatment. This product has ultra high efficiency, ultra low loss, can save a lot of energy and operating cost, is the preferred product for high-end projects. It is widely used in ultra-large data centers, high-end business complexes, rail transit hubs and other high-end places.

Normal Environmental Conditions:

1. Ambient Temperature. The maximum temperature shall not exceed +40℃, the minimum temperature shall not be lower than -25℃, the monthly average temperature shall not exceed +30℃ and the annual average temperature shall not exceed +20℃

2. Altitude: Equal or less than 1000 meters

3. Power supply voltage Wave form approximately sinusoidal

4. Approximately symmetrical three-phase supply voltage

5. The total harmonic distortion of the load current shall not exceed 5% of the rated current

6. Installation Place: Indoor or transformer substation
