The SCB14 series epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformers have the advantages of low loss, low noise, high efficiency and fire and explosion protection, achieving excellent energy saving effect and completely eliminating the risks of environmental pollution. In contrast to traditional oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers do not need insulating oil, which eliminates the risk of oil leakage and fire hazards. The epoxy resin cast winding possesses good moisture-proof and insulation properties, which can effectively prevent insulation aging and greatly improve the operational reliability.

Product Description

Product Features:

1. The transformer core is made of high permeability and low loss cold rolled silicon steel sheets stacked with small joint gaps and staggered interlayer joints. This greatly reduces no-load loss, no-load current and noise.

2. Compact transformer structure minimizes radial forces under short circuit conditions and withstands high burst short circuit currents with excellent short circuit withstand capability.

3. The transformer has a full epoxy resin cast and sealed structure , maintenance-free , long service life , no need for oil treatment .

4. Excellent fire and explosion-proof performance, safe to be used in indoor environment with dense population.
