The S22-M-10 series 10kV fully sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer is the highest energy-saving level and manufacturing process of oil-immersed distribution transformer at present and it leads the development direction of the industry. This series is based on the S20 series, and achieves the industry-leading energy efficiency and the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) with comprehensive upgrades on core materials, multi-physics field collaborative optimisation design, and refined manufacturing process control. The product adopts a fully sealed double-corrugated tank structure, combined with new aging-resistant seals and deeply refined insulating oil to completely isolate air and moisture, zero-maintenance operation throughout the whole life cycle, greatly reducing the user’s total life cycle investment. Further, the product provides fundamental advantages such as ultra-quiet operation, better short-circuit endurance, extremely high insulation reliability and custom scenario adaptability.
