Product Description:
S13 series transformer is a mainstream upgrading product for the current power grids and industrial power distribution systems. It is a new type of power transformer which combines economy and reliability. It has higher energy efficiency and lower operating losses than traditional S9 and S11 series transformers. It adopts high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel core and high-purity oxygen-free copper wire winding, and is improved with the advanced processing technology and equipment, which makes it more energy-efficient than the S11 series, thus greatly reducing its total lifespan cost.
Normal Environmental Conditions:
The series transformer S13-M-10 can be operated stably for a long period of time under the following normal environmental conditions:
Maximum air temperature:
+40℃ Maximum daily average temperature
+30℃ Maximum annual average temperature
+20℃ Minimum temperature
-25℃ Ambient temperature
Altitude:
Max 1000m (customisation available for altitudes over this limit)
Ambient Humidity:
Relative humidity of 90% or less (at 25℃) with no severe condensation or corrosive gases
Installation Environment:
Outdoor, no flammable and explosive materials, no severe vibration and strong electromagnetic interference; can be installed on poles, platforms or inside transformer substations.
Power Supply:
Conditions Rated frequency 50Hz/60Hz Rated voltage 10kV Voltage fluctuation within ±5%
Mode of Operation:
Can work continuously under rated load for long time.
Model:
- S: Symbolises a three-phase transformer
- 13: Designation of performance level, an improved and optimised version of the S11 series with a no-load loss reduced by about 30% compared to the S11 series.
- M: The structure is fully sealed, adoption of corrugated tank fully sealed design, no oil conservator, isolating air and moisture, delaying insulation ageing.
- 10: Denotes a rated voltage level of 10kV, which is the most common voltage level in distribution network systems. Other voltages within the range of 6-11kV are possible.
