European style prefabricated transformer substation is a modular prefabricated power distribution device, which integrates three independent units (high voltage compartment, transformer compartment, low voltage compartment) into a complete sealed enclosure. All components are assembled in factory, only connection of cables is needed at site, so installation is very convenient. Product Details

Core: The core is composed of high-permeability oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a fully oblique-slit laminated structure. The columnar part has a multi-stage circular cross section. The cross-sectional shape of the yoke is similar to the core, which effectively reduces magnetic reluctance and losses, and meets the energy efficiency standards.

Coils: High voltage and low voltage windings are manufactured from high purity oxygen free copper wire. The low voltage winding is of foil construction to reduce the load losses. The windings are strict insulation treatment , suitable for oil-immersed or dry type occasions with good insulant property.

Enclosure: The transformer is provided with a fully sealed weathering steel plate enclosure with an IP54 protection level, so it is completely dust-proof and waterproof and is suitable for all kinds of harsh outdoor environments. The surface of the enclosure is coated with durable paint film with good corrosion resistance, suitable for use in extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to +40℃. Stainless steel is also available optionally for coastal salt spray environments.

We use a factory pre-assembly process for manufacturing. This process allows all testing to be done in the factory, insuring equipment reliability. Just need to connect the cable, installation time greatly reduced. On-site installation.

Insulation structure: Oil-immersed type adopts Class A insulation. The high-voltage coil and low-voltage coil are concentric, and the space between the coils is filled with cardboard sleeves and oil gaps, with excellent insulation performance. Units of dry type are equipped with Class H insulation and are suitable for more severe conditions of the environment.
