Product Description
The core adopts R-type single-frame double-core rolling structure, and the core material is 0.23mm ultra-thin high-permeability oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. This seamless structure totally removes the joint magnetic resistance of the conventional laminated cores. The windings are not vacuum cast epoxy resin? No, they are immersed in oil. The windings are made from high quality oxygen free copper wire and the outer insulation is perfectly suited to the oil immersion environment.
Features Highlights
1. R-type rolled core process, seamless structure, very low magnetic resistance, no-load loss is reduced by more than 20%.
2. The windings are high precision oxygen free copper wire, with excellent conductivity, extremely low load loss and leading energy efficiency.
3. The transformer is compact structure, small size, light weight and very convenient installation on the pole, thus reducing the installation cost.
Product Summary
Core:
The core adopts R-shaped single-frame double-core winding structure, made of 0.23mm ultra-thin, high-permeability oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It has a seamless structure and is annealed, which leads to excellent mechanical properties and effectively reduces magnetic reluctance, losses and noise.
Coil:
Both the high voltage and the low voltage windings are made of high purity oxygen free copper wire. To effectively reduce load losses, the low voltage winding uses foil structure. The windings are treated with strict insulation, suitable for oil-immersion environments, and provide excellent insulation performance. Connectors are provided on the high voltage winding to the required tap voltage. To the cover there is a de-energizing switch to which these connectors are connected. This means you have to turn off the power to change the tap voltage.
Shell:
The transformer uses a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure, which can effectively prevent accidental contact and dust intrusion, and ensure operational safety. The tank is made of high-quality steel with a painted surface that provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish, making it ideal for a range of outdoor environments.
During manufacture we use a vacuum oil injection process. This process completely removes moisture and air bubbles from inside the transformer and also ensures a tight bond between the insulating oil and the windings. Thus, oxygen and moisture are effectively prevented from entering into the interior and the insulation performance of the transformer is prevented from degradation. This measure significantly increases the reliability of the transformer's operation.
Structure of insulation:
The oil-immersed distribution transformer adopts Class A insulation structure. The high voltage and low voltage coils are concentric, and the gaps between the coils are formed by cardboard bushings and oil gaps, which have excellent insulation performance.
