1. 20kV voltage level, larger power supply radius, lower transmission loss, greatly improving the power supply capacity and energy-saving effect of power grid.
2. The core is made of high permeability orientated cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with the whole oblique slit structure, which can effectively reduce the magnetic reluctance and loss, and reduce the no-load loss by more than 20%.
3. The transformer adopts corrugated oil tank, full sealed structure, small size, maintenance free and can adapt to many kinds of harsh outdoor environments.
Product Description
1. Core The core is composed of high-permeability orientated cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with a fully oblique-slit laminated structure. Its columnar section has a multi-stage circular cross section. The shape of the yoke is in cross-section the same as the core, thus reducing magnetic reluctance and losses.
2. Coils : For high and low voltage winding, use of high purity oxygen free copper wire. The low voltage winding is foil type, which can effectively reduce the load loss. The windings undergo a strict insulation treatment, which is appropriate for the oil-immersion environment and ensure a high level of insulation performance. Terminals are provided for the high voltage winding to suit the tap voltage required. These terminals are connected to the no load tap changer for voltage adjustment on shutdown.
3. Shell The transformer is of fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure. The corrugated sheets will automatically expand and contract with the thermal expansion and contraction of the oil, so as to balance the pressure inside and isolate the oil from the air to prevent the oil from ageing. The tank is made of high quality steel with painted surface, strong paint film, excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for all kinds of outdoor environment.
In our production process, we use vacuum oil injection. This process ensures that the transformer is completely free of moisture and air bubbles and that there is a good bond between the insulating oil and the windings. This is effectively preventing oxygen and moisture from entering the interior, thus avoiding a decrease in the transformer's insulation performance. This measure significantly enhances the reliability of transformer operation.
4. Insulation structure: The oil-immersed distribution transformer is designed with Class A insulation structure; the high-voltage and low-voltage coils are concentric, and the gap between the coils is formed by cardboard bushings and oil gaps, offering excellent insulation performance.
